Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after successful payment, except where required by applicable law.

Please review your purchase first
Project Kaizen sells digital PDF book-summary bundles. Please review the sample, selected challenge, price, file format and access period for your selected mode before paying. The challenge contains summaries of selected ideas, not the complete original books.
No change-of-mind refunds
We do not offer refunds for changing your mind, buying the wrong challenge, deciding not to read, not using the files, or missing the clearly disclosed access deadline for your selected mode. There is no trial period or money-back guarantee. A completed purchase cannot be cancelled merely because the file has not yet been downloaded.
Your statutory rights remain protected
This policy does not exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are charged twice for the same purchase, receive the wrong product, cannot obtain delivery because of a fault on our side, or receive a defective or materially misdescribed product, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. A general no-refund condition does not override those rights.
Report a payment or delivery problem
Email support@project-kaizen.com with your Razorpay payment reference, checkout email, purchase date, selected challenge and a description of the issue. Include relevant screenshots with sensitive information hidden. Never send your card number, password or OTP. Do not pay again while we investigate a payment that may already have succeeded.
We will verify the transaction and the delivery issue. Where a refund is required and accepted, we will initiate it through the payment provider to the original payment method within the applicable legal time limit. Your bank or payment provider controls the subsequent credit time; we will share the reference and available timing information.
Download access after a refund
Download access may be revoked after a refund is processed. Unless otherwise required by law, you must stop using and delete content for which the purchase has been refunded.
