Payment, OTP and download help
Email us from your purchase email where possible. Include your Razorpay payment reference, selected challenge, purchase date and a short description of the problem. Check spam for purchase and OTP emails before requesting another code.
Never send passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details. If a payment may already have succeeded, do not pay again while the issue is being checked.
Complaints and privacy requests
Send complaints, refund-related issues or privacy requests to support@project-kaizen.com. Use a clear subject such as “Payment issue”, “Download issue” or “Privacy request” and include only the information necessary to investigate. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.
