Payment confirmation and access email

After Razorpay confirms a captured payment and our server verifies the purchase, we send an access email to the email address used at checkout. Payment confirmation and email delivery can take time; the confirmation page distinguishes a pending payment from an email accepted for sending.

The sender and support address is support@project-kaizen.com. Check your inbox and spam folder. Email delivery can be delayed or rejected by the receiving provider. If you do not receive it, contact support with your receipt; do not make a second payment to retry delivery.

How to open your collection

After we verify your payment, we send an access email. Open the link, select your preferred mode, enter the checkout email, verify its OTP and confirm your choice. The code is single-use and valid for up to ten minutes. The verified browser stays signed in until access ends unless you sign out, clear cookies, or access is revoked. A different browser requires another OTP.

One-Time Download opens the complete ZIP. Join Challenge opens your daily reading page, with one PDF unlocking each day and optional read marks and progress cards. A payment reference or shared link alone cannot download files.

This access expires

One-Time Download gives access to the complete ZIP for seven days from successful payment. Join Challenge unlocks one PDF per day and ends after the selected challenge duration plus seven grace days: 57, 107 or 207 days from payment. Choosing a mode later, requesting an OTP or changing devices does not reset either clock. Save your files and keep a backup before your exact deadline.

There are no reminder emails. New downloads and resume requests are blocked after expiry. A transfer already in progress may finish; do not rely on starting at the last minute. Files saved on your device remain yours to read under the personal-use terms.

Large files and interrupted downloads

The complete ZIP may be approximately 1 GB. Check your available device storage, use a reliable connection and allow space for extraction. Individual challenge PDFs can be downloaded separately as they unlock.

Compatible clients can resume partial transfers while access remains valid. Some browsers restart interrupted downloads. A cleared or expired browser session requires email verification again and never extends the purchase deadline.

Incorrect email or missing files

Please check the email address on Razorpay before paying. If it is incorrect, contact support with proof of purchase. We do not redirect access solely on an unverified request. If a bundle is wrong, corrupted or unavailable, report it promptly with your payment reference so we can investigate under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
