PROJECT KAIZEN / THE DETAILS

Privacy & Cookie Policy

This notice explains how Project Kaizen uses information for payments, email verification, downloads, support and optional website analytics.

Purchase and reading information

Razorpay processes payment and contact details under its own privacy notice. We receive the reference, product, amount, currency, status, payment time and checkout email needed to verify and fulfil your order. We do not store full card details.

Our database stores a keyed email lookup hash and an encrypted checkout email for transactional delivery and retries. It also stores purchase and access records, hashed verification/session tokens, download authorizations, reading marks, streak dates and achievement snapshots. Optional share cards contain the progress you choose to share. Email delivery is processed by our transactional provider.

Why we use this information

We verify payments, send access emails and OTPs, deliver the collection, apply the selected access deadline, record reading progress, respond to support and prevent abuse. Transactional messages fulfil your purchase; they are not a marketing subscription. No reminder emails are sent.

Essential cookies and verification

A secure HttpOnly cookie keeps the verified browser signed in until its purchase access ends, unless you sign out, clear the cookie or access is revoked. It is separate from optional analytics consent. OTPs are hashed, single-use and expire within ten minutes. Short-lived keyed IP-derived counters help limit abusive requests.

Basic traffic counts and optional analytics

For each successful homepage load, we record one cookieless arrival with its time, device category, approximate country and sanitized campaign or referring-domain label. This arrival has no browser or session identifier, full URL, email, payment reference or stored IP address. A short-lived keyed IP-derived counter only limits abuse.

Detailed behaviour is off until you allow analytics. If allowed, we measure anonymous sessions, page sections, scroll milestones, buttons and engagement. We do not use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, session replay or precise GPS, and do not join visitor activity to customers or payments. Use Cookie choices in the footer to change your preference. Declining stops optional behavioural collection; essential purchase and reading functions remain available.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, secure data and file storage, payment processing, email delivery, fonts and customer support. These providers receive the information needed to provide their services.

Some providers may process information in other countries and maintain their own operational or delivery logs. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

Expiry blocks access but does not automatically delete transaction records. Purchase and refund records may be retained for accounting, disputes, support and applicable obligations. Expired codes and sessions stop working. The target retention for anonymous analytics is 90 days and requires operational maintenance.

Private storage, server access checks and hashed verification tokens protect delivery. Keep your codes private. No internet service guarantees absolute security.

Your questions and requests

Contact support@project-kaizen.com to ask about your information, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations. You can withdraw optional analytics consent through Cookie choices without losing access to essential purchase functions.
